What does the NCAA say about a golf coach discussing a potential recruit with the player’s swing coach/instructor? Are you only able to contact them during times allowed for contact with the recruit?
Perfectly legal for a college coach to contact a swing coach/instructor any time. The calling rules apply to the recruit and his/her family members. All other calls are fine.
