Could you give a little insight into your team’s practice routine? Maybe some workout ideas as well? Thanks

We practice most every day either as a team or individually. We play at least a few rounds of competitive golf a week, practice our short game a lot, and hit balls a decent amount. When we practice it is always competitive and scored. Our guys workout a few times a week, doing full body work that focuses on core strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and overall conditioning.
